Ⅳ、【Liability for breach of contract】

  2. 4.2 【Treatment of third party damage】 In case of any violation of this Agreement and any damage to any third party, you shall be independently liable; in case of any loss, you shall also compensate.

Ⅴ、【Others】

  1. 5.1 【Entry into force of the agreement】 By using this service, you shall be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

  3. 5.3 【Applicable law】 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the people's Republic of China (excluding the conflict law).
  4. 5.4 【Dispute resolution】 In case of any dispute between you and us, we shall first settle it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed for jurisdiction.
  5. 5.5 【Clause title】 The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only, and have no actual meaning in themselves, which can not be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
  6. 5.6 【Effect of clause】 No matter for any reason the terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

Automatic renewal service rules

These Rules shall be regarded as the supplementary agreement of the member service agreement, and shall be an integral part of the member service agreement. In case of any conflict between these rules and the member service agreement, these Rules shall prevail. You understand and agree that:

In the case of purchasing automatic renewal members of different months at different time points, the last automatic renewal member will prevail.
